The story

According to WFSB, Danbury firefighters used their new drone team to obtain an aerial view while planning their response to a fire at an abandoned factory. The department reported no injuries and said crews brought the fire under control in about two hours.

The VES perspective

A better view from above can support decisions on the ground. For sites considering Nightingale autonomous drones, this story raises a useful planning question: how quickly can the team turn an alarm into an informed response?

WFSB does not identify the Danbury drone as a Nightingale product. Nightingale is a related solution discussed in the VES LinkedIn commentary, not a claimed participant in this response.
